The Pottery Expo at Warrandyte is an outdoor event on the banks of the Yarra River in Warrandyte, 25 kms north-east of Melbourne. We encourage studio potters from around Australia and overseas to apply to exhibit.
Studio potters need to apply in the online form below.
The deadlines are noted in “Application Information for Exhibitors” below.
We require 3 high quality images of work intended for exhibition at the Expo and a "head shot" image of the potter in their studio. All photos must be in a square format for use on instagram.
High resolution jpeg files 300dpi Between 1 to 5 MB. The images are intended for use in our publicity campaign and on our website so a consistent background with crisp focus will best support your application. Blurry photos with complex or conflicting back grounds will not be used.

Please label all your images in the following format: your surname, first name, artwork name and number.
i.e: Doe_Jane_Sunrise Sculpture_01
A selection panel of professional ceramic artists along with the organizers will select the exhibitors.

As we have more potters than places, unfortunately not everyone can participate each year, but we will consider each potter’s application for the quality, innovation and skill of their work.

Please read our Terms and Conditions before proceeding to the application. Terms and Conditions
